"Rough First Impression, But Still Useful"
My first impression of Outdoor Prolink wasn’t great. The site felt a little clunky to use, and I was expecting the deals to be better right away, so that was kind of disappointing. That said, I do like what they’re trying to do. It’s cool that they help people in the outdoor industry get access to gear and support the community around guides, instructors, and folks who work outside. Overall, it’s decent and useful, just not as impressive as I hoped at first.

I applied and eventually got approved, but it definitely took longer than I expected. I had to check back a few times because I wasn’t really sure what was going on or where things stood. The reminders were also a little much, felt kind of aggressive after a while, especially when I was already waiting on updates. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do wish the process had been clearer and a bit less pushy.

I was mostly focused on getting my discount applied and checking out, so I can’t really speak to the rest of the site. I’ve ordered from Outdoor Prolink a handful of times now and yeah overall I trust it. The discounts are actually legit and everything I bought showed up fine. The site can be a little all over the place though... sometimes product details or stock info aren’t super clear so I end up double checking before I pull the trigger. Customer service was fine, not great not terrible. I’d use them again for sure, just probably not if I needed something right away

I’ve used Outdoor Prolink a few times now, and the brand selection is what keeps me coming back. They got a lot of the outdoor brands I already trust, plus some smaller ones I probably wouldn’t of found on my own. The site is easy to browse too, and I like that I can compare gear from different brands without jumping all over the place.

"Saved Me Money on Gear I Already Use"
A buddy from my hiking group told me about Outdoor Pro Link, and I’m really glad I checked it out. I ended up saving a lot on gear I was already planning to buy anyway. The discounts are actually solid too, not those tiny coupon-style deals that barely make a difference. If you spend a lot of time outdoors or are always upgrading your kit like I am, it’s definitely worth looking into

"Refund process taught me to be more patient"
I ordered a jacket from Outdoor Prolink, but the fit just wasn’t right, so I sent it back. The return part was simple, which I appreciated, but then the refund took way longer than I thought it would.
I had to check in a couple of times, and the responses were slower than I’d hoped. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but the whole thing reminded me how much clear communication matters when you’re waiting on a refund.
